OUR ORIGINS
We fell into weddings on the cusp of the pandemic when a friend of a friend asked for some quick snaps of their intimate ceremony. The second we left, we knew this was what we were supposed to do. I'm pretty sure we spent the entirety of the £2000 we had in our savings account that night on a better camera. We've always in it for the long haul.
And now, we're here as you're elopement team.
To us, elopements feel like home. We're happiest in the mountains, making friends and exploring Scotland and Allta is how we come to share it all with you.
Eloping is exactly what we plan to do too - we get the draw, we understand why you're here and we have nothing but love & respect for your decision.
We've lived lives as graphic design and english students, marketers, web designers and as more typical wedding photographers. I'm your email-answering, colour-grading, album designing side of Allta - oh, and I'm also your photographer.
When I'm behind the camera I'll be guiding you through Scotland, taking some great shots along the way. I'll also be keeping you safe from faeries, kelpies and any other creatures we may encounter along the way.
When I'm not behind the lens, I'm often found with my nose in a book. If I'm not in my reading nook I'll probably be somewhere in the highlands looking for beautiful glens, stone circles and worshipping the moon.
I'm a lil bit witchy and a lil bit romantic and I bring all those vibes along with my camera to your special day.

I'm going to go on fifteen tangents about Scottish history and folklore while we're on our session and make nearly as many dad-jokes until you tell me to stop! Oh and I may need to climb a tree or step in a river in our time together, but I swear it's worth it for the shot!
I'm addicted to coffee, camera lenses and wearing my kilt whenever even slightly possible.
